CHALLENGE
Develop a style of portraits for artist who present their work at JS55.
CONCEPT
Because a large component of presenting work at JS55 is based on projecting interactive work for the pedestrians on the street at night, we though it would make sense to take night portaits in the street.
PROCESS
In the summer of 2011 we started a gallery at our studio on Clinton Street. Our first exhibition, called SKITTISH TREE, by Martín Bravo launched on July 21, 2011. As part of our process we take a portrait of each artist on Clinton Street at night, as our exhibits are generally designed for night-time viewing.
